Tony’s team and management should be ashamed of themselves on how they managed this poor guy’s career with horrendous decisions.

It's not Tony's team, the guy is a grown man, he has agency in his own decisions. Remember when he decided to cut weight anyway after the Khabib fight was cancelled? And then he cut weight again 2 weeks later to fight Gaethje? His team didn't tell him to do that, Tony has always been an idiot.
