Cyborg - Nunes 2.

Too early to say we’ll see what happens if Nunes next she might retire win or have a dog shit match again
 
If Nunes trains and takes it seriously, I think she does it again. But I’d been wondering when she would finally lose her motivation, and it looks like she’s now there. So if Amanda shows up like she did tonight, I’ll take Cyborg.
 
Cyborg is the better career fighter but how are we to know this late in her career she can come back and beat nunes?

nunes run was more a product of luck. Cyborgs career vs Nunes’s was better. But at this age and wear and tear, nunes might beat her again
 
Pretty good chance Cris wins - which is something I've always said.
Nunes' koing her was a legit win, but not a very likely one.

Anyway, I'll be kinda mad if they somehow make this rematch now, after they've let it slip through their fingers when it could have been BIG.

Cyborg had fought smaller fighters for most of her career. Remember Jan Finney? Once she fought somebody her own size she had a helluva time.

Which versions of them did she beat?

holm: not prime
Cyborg: not prime or right weight class
Tate: not prime
Ronda: not prime
Shevcenko: not prime not right weight class
GDR: laid and prayed via panic wrestling last seen against old returning from retirement GDR

Do you even watch mma? Hey Guida and cowboy have better names on their record than most goat candidates I guess they must be the absolutel best ever fighters

Even that night I thought that if Cyborg didn’t fight like a complete moron, she’d put Amanda to the sword.

There’s a reason the UFC didn’t grant Cyborg a rematch and pushed her out of the promotion.

Nunes was getting sparked by GDR on the feet any time they stood and exchanged for more than 15 seconds. So much so that she turned into GSP right before our eyes. She wouldn’t have the option of taking Cyborg down if Cyborg had shown patience in a rematch.

Said it the second the first fight was over, Cyborg should absolutely not be counted out in a rematch. She fought extremely stupid in that fight and got sucked into a brawl. Not saying she'd destroy Nunes in the rematch, but she would be trouble.
