There is no one in the division in any organization worth a damn. That is the problem.

Right. So give Cyborg a few months off. Get her to film Fight Valley 2. Create contenders. Have 8 new people fight each other a few times. The best one fights Cyborg when she comes back. Then the second best. And onward. Better storyline than Cyborg vs Jessica Lastname.

It will take more than a few months. Every attempt to build the division has failed. That is why Strikeforce folded the damn thing after Cyborg pissed hot.

While it may be possible to turn shit into shinola, it will take a lot of money and many years. And that is a lot of investment on a "maybe this will work." There are really no good objects for a division that rates somewhere between shit-show and post-apocalyptic wasteland.

Cyborg always reluctantly agrees to fight 135ers only if no 125ers (Akano, Porto, etc.) are ready for a pummeling. It's just her warrior spirit.
