Does anyone know of any company that makes these (much like the many custom Muay Thai shorts makers in Thailand)?

Truth can do this for a minimum of 30 shorts and xfgear can custom print on white shorts. Thats all I got.

Most manufacturers will get your designs printed/enbroidered if you cough up the extra dough. If not, do what I did, find an enbroidery/sewing design studio and get what you want off your own buck. It may take 4-6 weeks but if you pay the right price you can get whatever you want.

if you put them money up you could even get a synthetic leather "Gladiator skirt" a la Melvin Manhoef from a custom tailor, although those are generally 3 figures but are double stitched with industrial sewing machines. You get what you pay for.
