I emailed Boon Sport on Tuesday with a design for the shorts I wanted made and stopped in today (Thursday) and picked them up. They still make the best custom shorts in the business. No other brand compares to their satin quality and durability.

I've got a pair of boons as well and they absolutely do have the best satin. Seems thicker and softer than others. I need to order another pair.

I bought a heap of stuff when I was in Bangkok in 2012. The quality was awesome, I had previously bought some off the net! I was training not far out of the city for 2 months last year and headed into boon but I was really disappointed...I loved the quality and thickness of the satin of the previous pairs I'd bought but last year the stuff was thinner and just felt cheaper! I was told that their fabric supplier had been flooded so hopefully it was a short time problem
