I bought a big pack of sliced cheese from Sam's where each slice is partially separated by small piece of paper. It got moldy before I could finish half of it. I should have initially froze half while the other half was kept ready to eat in frig.

To be safe, I'm just gonna buy Kraft individually wrapped cheese, but can't really find some varieties like that.
