Just to step into someone else's shoes but if I were Conor I would retire for a year or until the UFC contract is up, sign with Scott Coker for a mega fight with Bendo on a PPV with Fedor co-main eventing vs Mitrione, and throw in a Saku and Shinya Aoki vs Gengki Sudo circus fight and you might break the PPV records!

But yes, it's probably not realistic, but could Conor command and collect $10 for each ppv buy?

thats not how the contract works. As long as he is offered reasonable fights from the UFC its up to him to turn them down or fight. The contract extends as long as he is sitll offered fights. If it's like others contracts it will be minimum of 3 years before he is released from contract
