Cung le via spinning shit, it's been interesting to watch his career. Now he can get as jacked as he likes and no one will care.

He should have hung up his gloves after starching Rich Franklin. That's about as high a note to end a career on as any. That beatdown Bisping gave him was unnecessary.

Thanks for the good fights, Cung

I would have enjoyed seeing him fight a few easy guys

But in the UFC theres no such thing as an easy fight. Theres no real easy guys and Cung was always down to fight anyone and always put on a show.

There are tons of easy fights in the UFC dude. UFC just had a guy with 10-10 record fighting a few events ago

Yeah but they wouldnt put Le up with guys like that it would be a waste of big fights.

The guy fought wand, cote, franklin and bisping. Those are some tough mofos if you ask me. Le handled it well. Whats ironic wad he everyone picked him to beat Wand and Bisping and lose to cote and franklin lol.

Easy? No. But there's definitely a few more Patrick Cote types that Cung could beat. Not sure what that would prove though, he walks away with a respectable record, with some names on it, knowing that he went as far as he could.

Cung Le has nothing left to prove. Really wished he had entered the UFC in his prime. He would've been Champ Imo.

Big fan of Cung, felt good to see the kind words between him and the UFC (Lorenzo and Dana)

But then I remembered, isn't he currently suing them?? Seems kind of odd now.

I think their comments about Le are out of their respect for him as an athlete/person.

If they had went on and started talking shit to him that would look really bad on their part. Especially with the lawsuit pending.

Le also thanked the UFC, lorenzo and dana. So they returned the favor i guess. Trash talking their biggest asian star is not a way to gain fans.

Yep. Weird. I kind of wish he'd gone out on a high note though. Didn't he also just get popped for PEDs too?

Nope. His test levels were normal. The chinese lab screwed up and reported it wrong. But lets not make this thread about that.

It is regrettable he did not get his chance to fight Anderson.

If true kinda sad but perhaps for the best, he's 42 or something, not a spring chicken.
