Had an injury that has prevented me from working out. Recent changes have resulted in a change in workouts to concentrate on conditioning, weight loss and heart health. Going to be running again, which I haven't done in many years.

Started Easy - 20 minute jog. Will go progressively harder and faster each week until I can run a 10K in an hour.
