Crossfit, Olympic lifting and experience?!

Olympic lifting, on the other hand, is awesome. Just started last week. The movement patterns take some getting used to, and you may not be lifting that much weight compared to your standard deadlifts, squats etc. but it felt like like being a lifting noob all over again - frustrating but satisfying.

I've never heard anyone say a bad word about the olympic lifts. Any cons people are aware of?

Sure, joints hurt like hell. You get used to that though.
 
Most people might THINK NASCAR is racing, and the website might SAY nascar is racing, but anyone who's actually been to a NASCAR event knows that it's actually a cake-decorating competition
