So I started doing it a few weeks ago, the results seem good so far, my core feels stronger. I know the Pit uses it and I've seen BJ Penn on some videos describing techniques, but I don't really think of GREAT conditioning when I think of BJ Penn and Chuck Liddel. They claim it is great conditioning for grappling, does anyone here with experience with the program agree or disagree?

Do a search because its been discussed here often and very recently.

I will say that its not very popular on this board. I'm not a supporter of it either because i like to put together my own routines but a few guys at my gym do Crossfit and they are in great shape. But then again they are working with a trainer and not going by the WODs from the website.

the Girls/Heroes are GREAT for GPP.

everything else - especially the "one size fits all" mentality crossfit preaches - is BS.
