Hey guys -

This is great drill using two basic combos: 1-2-Switch Kick and 2-3-Right Leg Kick.
It's great for transitioning between offense and defense, helps with timing and distancing and if done at a high pace is killer for cardio!

Depends on your level - for some (beginners) this could be too much to do. For someone who has been training for quite awhile it probably does indeed seem pretty basic.

Basics are good though, no?
 
Can't focus on anything but on how radio-like your voice is.
