which is the most powerful strike? CroCop has a unique kick even amongst kickboxers. It's quick and you can hardly even attempt to think to block it, you're out cold in an instant, think Vovchanchyn. He's compact, and his legs are like tree trunks. CroCop was at his best versus Bojansky in their first fight. As muscular as ever. A lot of the other kickboxers are real skinny, and the fat ones can hardly kick.

Probably CroCop's kicks since kicks hurt more than punches. They are harder to land though than punches to the face. It is probably very close though. Look at how Alistair for proof.

Kicks are harder than punches, so I'd rather take Ngannou's punch. It also depends on what type of punch, because uppercuts are on a different league to straight punches. Even the mechanics are different.

He's only landed 2 or 3 head kicks KO in his last 20 or 25 fights. Not as much as you think. Meanwhile Ngannou has 7 KO's/TKO's in his last 13 fights. Yeah I will say Ngannou lands more punches easier than CroCop kicks.

Seeing how a leg has way larger and more muscle fibers, I want to lean toward the kick but given the right torque on a genetic monster's punch, it could be equal or greater in power
