CroCop

His boxing was perfect for kickboxing and even MMA.

Dumb AF

Where'd i say it wasn't good for kickboxing and mma? I musta forgot i said that. It was good due to the fear of his kicks but his hands themselves? Not very good

I think he fought too late in his career, He went downhill all of a sudden, like Chuck did.

Some say it was roids, but I don't think so. That was preUSADA when UFC fighters were able to use them too.
He was never on roids. Mirko is too much of an egomaniac to take them, because even though he can credit all of his success to himself and downplay the role of coaches and people around him, he couldn't lie to himself about this shit. He also seems afraid of taking steroids. Guy is just a fanatic for training with good genetics, lives an insanely boring life and training is all he knows. He never even tested positive for HGH when he took a therapeutic dose to try to heal his shoulder because he didn't want to back out of the fight, but in the end they suspended him anyway. He also fought injured a bunch of times because of his ego or perhaps he didn't want to miss out on cash.

Dude gave us so many memorable highlights in his UFC run.

I'd like to see CroCop that has that equivalent vehicle machine thing. We know the hardest punch ever thrown in the history of mankind is Ford Escort power. And the world record for hardest kick, held by Joe Rogan is Escort RS level. I wonder if CroCop could make it to Taurus level... or even, dare I say it.... Bronco level?!.!!

When people have ischemic strokes we actually keep BP high so blood can reach the brain. Aside from that I don't know why you would think that exercise isn't good for someone 2 years post CVA

Who is "we?"

-ER/ICU nurse of a decade

I'm aware of watershed stroke principles but his SBP during bag rounds is much higher than the long term care of a post CVA patient.

I still think it's good for him, but temporary rises in SBP for exercise are not the same as chronic HTN or immediate post CVA SBP's.

I'm sure your punches at 46 post CVA will look much better for sure!
He looks good physically, it’s just his technique that is horrible. I’ve seen older guys with much better punches

His hands were great in his heyday. Very crisp. Watch his K-1 fights if you want to see how good his boxing was. He was 48-8 in boxing with 31 knockouts before he went over to kickboxing.

From my memory he only threw straight punches in MMA.

I don't remember too many hooks from him...i have a vague memory of him destroying someone with uppercuts in Pride.

I'm cuckoo for Crocop puffs
