Recently, Mirko Filipovic commented that he conducted its first talks with a large organization. More and more it seems that this could be the Bellator, especially after the institute's president, Scott Coker, attended today's fight in Japan.

Today's impressive victory over Satoshi Ishii, who is anything but an unsuspecting opponent, showed that in Mirko Filipovic still has dynamite in a big fight. Particularly impressive was the way he celebrated Filipovic and the fans wished to see more such performances.

This certainly appealed to President Bellator, Scott Coker, who watched the event from the front row. Since Cro Cop mentioned that he is in negotiations with an elite organization, and it is known and how Coker works great changes within the organization, to assume that Mirko could soon find their place within Bellator's circular cage.

When he got there, he arrived to the most impressive society. In the first place there are certainly Russian heavyweights Vitali Minakov and Alexander Volkov, but Bulgar goods Ivanov. Ivanov is usually the man who broke the great winning series Fedor Emelianenko in sambo competitions and MMA record his 10-1-1, with the first defeat suffered recently, just by Volkov. On Bellator's roster are still some familiar names such as Bobby Lashley, James Thompson, Lavar Johnson, and Cheick Kongo. Many already dreaming about a rematch fight Cro Cop and the famous Frenchman.

Will Mirko Filipovic truly become a member of Bellator, or whether they are the organization, surely we will find out within a few days.

I'd love to see CroCop become the Bellator HW champ. But I have a hard time seeing him get past Kongo. It'd probably be a repeat of their last fight. But I'd be cheering for Cop.

Well, it would be fun to see him in Bellator, but it is sad to think that at this point in his career, he may actually struggle in even the Bellator HW division.

I'd rather he continue to fight in Japan where he can "stay motivated."

That LHK to Ishii brought back spectacular memories and I want to see more of it.

I want to see CC vs Tito, I'm pretty sure Tito would come in heavier than Mirko.

Def should go to Bellator, they have fights for him, he's still a decent name and he can compete with Bellators level of HW.

Atleast for a few fights. Kongo rematch, Volkov, if he wins a fight or two you get him in a title fight.

Or if Minakov is done and Volkov/Kongo for the title happens you put CC in with Lavar or Ivanov and if he wins and looks good you give him the title shot.

What the hell is the point of going to OneFC? so he can soccer kick some nobody?

If he wants to really fight then go to Bellator, they have some real HW to fight.

Vera would be only fight worth anything in OneFC.

Mirko vs Lashley, regardless if he wins the Thompson fight.

If Mirko wins, rematch Kongo and if he wins that, title shot.
