In Japan, they are all about the bath. But the bath is not for cleaning yourself, it is only for relaxation, and there are these large baths where several people just lounge together.

But before you get into the bath, you have to clean yourself off. And I guess if you are going to be naked in a big ol' tub with a bunch of people, its not such a big deal to wash your dicks in front of each other on little plastic stools.
