critique please

I am 315lbs looking to drop weight. I train bjj 3-4x's/week. I am starting to lift again and will do it 2x's/week and walk/run 3-4x's/week. I am trying to put something together. Not sure if I want to use gracie diet or something else. With the gracie diet I was looking at something like this:

meals are 4-5 hours apart

walk or run
meal 1: fruit meal
strength training and/or BJJ
meal 2: cooked meal (protein, carbs)
walk or run
meal 3: uncooked meal (maybe cheese with wheat crackers)

or doing something like this (meals are 2-3 hours apart):

meal 1: 4 eggs, whole wheat english muffin
meal 2: piece of fruit or protein shake
meal 3: lean meat, carb source, veggies
meal 4: fiber bar
meal 5: protein shake

any input?
