critique of my proposed diet

ok so i've been away for work for 3months and in that time my diets been pretty crap!
and i havent been training regularly.i'm out of shape!
i'm 5'7 190lbs at the moment probably around 16%bf
ive just got back and can settle in to a routine again i have judo coming up and desperately need to get back in to shape.
i train twice a day lift monday,wen.fri lunch time,yoga on tuesdays and thursdays.
Judo mon,wen,fri,sat,sun bjj tues,thurs,sat,sun at nights.This is my planned diet and was hoping some of the more experienced board members could have a look and give me some advice.

5.30am 4 whole eggs,2 slices of whole grain toast,
10.30am 185grams tuna,200grams vegetable(pepper,brocoli,beans,onions,cauliflower)
1.30pm pwo. 1glass trim milk,1scoop protein,1/4cup flax seeds.
5pm 300grams lean beef 200grams vegetables
8pm. pwo 1scoop whey,1cup milk 1/4 cup flax seeds.
9 half a cup berries,half a cup yoghurt scoop of protein. 2caps ZMA

That was a stunningly useful and insightful comment. Perhaps you should take your own advice and gtfo?

TS...is that going to be enough food? I'm 6'2", same weight, lower BF%, train similarly, and eat considerably more. Probably 150% to double your proposed diet, depending on the day.

Everyone's different, but with the amount of training you are proposing, diet looks short on total calories, healthy fats, and carbs.
