My current and near future workout in total:

Bodybuilding 4 days a week: abs, arms, back, chest.

Current conditioning: burpees, mountain climbers, running in place brick presses, stiff legged brick deadlifts into presses. One circuit, two mins an exercise, thirty seconds between. Soon to be implemented: incline pushups for two mins, build up to ten or twenty mins jump rope.

In fairer weather I will build up two to three miles of running. Conditioning work is five to seven days a week.

If I get a heavy bag, I might trade out the burpees etc for rounds on the bag instead sometimes for variety. I'm keeping the jump rope as I learn how to do it.

Thoughts, opinions,.suggestions, criticism, boobs or anything?

    What's your goal?

    Nothing really matters besides that.

Hitting a heavy bag will go a long ways. Protect your hands and wrists; they are brittle.

Do you have a plan you got some where? Did you do a lot of research into what kind of adaptations your exercises will cause and how to make a workout and periodize it, or are you just winging it and hoping to improve?
Find an actual conditioning routine from a reputable source. Get a better body building routine too, you don't even have a leg day. If you're going to body build do it right at least.

Everything sucks. You need defined goals. Are you training for a specific sport?

I don't believe any of these threads are real. Brick deadlifts? Like.. bricks? The ones that weigh 5 lbs each? C'mon, man...

I agree. It's like, I know you guys expect everyone to read the FAQ and I know you guys typically recommend the same programs over and over again (because they work) but I'd prefer to throw random bullshit together.

Without any information on my background, current condition, or future goals; what do you guys think of my random bullshit routine?

Also. WTF are running in place brick presses? Like just running in place and OHP some bricks? That seems like a thing? If you have no goals and no interest in doing basic research then F off, join crossfit and stop posting thanks.

I think these critique my bullshit routine threads should be deleted, troll or not. It's a waste of time and space.

Dish the bodybuilding split if "functional" strenght it's what you are after. If splitting things it's what you love, you can also try the classic pushing/pulling template or the lower body/upper body one. As far as conditioning goes, try some tabata intervals, it will get you in huge shape(both sprinting, with kettlebells or any movement of your choice) 15/15 works best for me. Good luck!

My opinion: Sounds like you're pretty out of shape if you have to "build up" to doing pushups for 2min or running 2-3 miles, and the program you have described looks like a piece of shit.

Since you asked, here's some boobs
