My current and near future workout in total: Bodybuilding 4 days a week: abs, arms, back, chest. Current conditioning: burpees, mountain climbers, running in place brick presses, stiff legged brick deadlifts into presses. One circuit, two mins an exercise, thirty seconds between. Soon to be implemented: incline pushups for two mins, build up to ten or twenty mins jump rope. In fairer weather I will build up two to three miles of running. Conditioning work is five to seven days a week. If I get a heavy bag, I might trade out the burpees etc for rounds on the bag instead sometimes for variety. I'm keeping the jump rope as I learn how to do it. Thoughts, opinions,.suggestions, criticism, boobs or anything?
