And from this point, you have the power to make all of the business decisions in the ORG. Meaning everything. Your power is immense. Now, In this thread I would like you to be realistic. So at any point you make a decision I would like you to post both the pro's AND cons. No matter how insignificant it seems. My hope is for this to become a nice thread for keeping up with business.

Example: "I would sign Kimbo - but might lose respect of some fans."

I will add questions now and then afterwards more people can add there questions as well. It will be updated hopefully in real time with UFC affairs. Quesitons can be anything you want. Be creative.

1. Lesnar wants a contract. Do you sign him or let him go to Bellator?
2. Eyepokes = automatic dq. yes or no?
3. Diaz offers to smoke with you at a org. banquet. accept/decline?(Dana in eyesight, chance of being seen 30%).
4.GuS/DC or not? Who do they fight?
5. During event: A fighter groupie is clearly overindulged with alcohol, thirsting for d and in the perfect position to be assaulted and taken advantage of. Do you help this man to safety, or let him watch the show?(caution HW FIGHT!)
6. Offers from GLORY/ONE/WSOF/BELLATOR for crossover event. Accept one or decline all.

edit: any question can be jumped on at any point. Any question can be asked. Trolling will just be ignored.

edit will add new qs.

Q: org. wants to start sketching potential prototypes for a new style of octagon
or ring or fighting space.
Do you allow them to go forth, if so, assume the change happens in 4 years. If decline, no change to octagon

1. Yes, but I would ensure that I can choose very specific fights for him.
Pros: Money
Cons: none

2. No. That's not my job. That is in the Commissions' jurisdiction.

3. Decline. In a business setting, drug use is a much bigger deal than in fighting. It shows bad decision making. Cons: none, I don't care what individual fighters think of me, they just need to do their job.

4. I would try to set that up.
Pros: Good fight. Will create a little hype for a rematch with Jones.
Cons: None.

5. ?? That would be the job of security, but I would tell them to go help them. Dumb question.

6. Decline all.
Pros: No publicity for the competition.
Cons: A little less publicity for the UFC.

1. I sign Lesnar. Give him one fight. If he loses embarrassingly, I'll taint his post-fight tests and tarnish his reputation. He won't be able to fight anywhere else.
2. Eyepokes = automatic point deduction.
3. That's fucking illegal.
4. They don't fight. I want Gus to fight Jones again for the big money. Gus tends to lose against explosive athletes. Feed him white cans on the way back to the belt.
5. Let security handle it.
6. Decline and burn them to the ground.

the power possessed in this thread is cartoonish and hardly realistic. Good start to this, good post.

Lesnar seems unanimous and nobody wants to jump on the crossover wagon. Interesting.

New Questions.

- Ronda wants to fight Cyborg in another ORG.- grant her or/decline her? (warning, she might take the fight anyway).

Sack off Dana white. Remove myself from the shady fertittas. And get out of the back pocket of the nsac. The sport is far from beginning to look like a joke anymore. It's becoming one.

Decline. If she goes anyway we sue. We have an exclusivity contract in place. Then, we go to court against her for so long that she never fights again. She needs to understand that while she's famous, she still works for the UFC.

If she's at the end of her contract and she chooses to do that? Great! We will just sign Cyborg after she crushes Ronda and save some money by not having to pay both of them.

how do you think these decisions would affect the larger picture.

what do you mean by nsac pocket? Im legitimately interested.

1 - Sign. Huge draw. Plenty of fights to sell in the division.
2 - Hell no. No way to eliminate the risk. The AC's govern the refs. Out of your hands.
3 - Accept. He'll probably open up and become 30% more coherent. Partaking increases focus.
4 - Hell yes. Next free FOX event.
5 - Help to safety. Call a cab.
6 - DECLINE. You don't need them.

7. An objectively attractive female (male if that is your sexual preference) employee wants favorable treatment for an upcoming promotion and offers sexual favors in exchange. Do you accept?
7.1 If yes, does it depend on the nature of the favor offered?

think you're the first one. 30% focus granted.

follow up: You follow Nick outside for fresh air. He still wants to smoke: I"m good right now / Sure Ill take another puff

decline: take on a few "dates". examine the potential for crazy. after evaluation
reevaluate offer.
con: offer may be gone by then.

Nope! Never give anyone leverage against you. Fun question, as it ends up trapping most people.

8. A representative from North Korea contacts you wanting to set up a UFC event in their country. They will provide the security and the travel money to fund the event. Do you go?

decline granted.

- Rondas next fight: Potential for top contender or Gina Carano fight (just assume it happens).

Completely honest, I'd want a top contender. It's because I'm biased against Ronda though. I know that Gina is going to bring in some really good numbers, and I want her to win. I would set Gina against an easier opponent first so that she doesn't have as much ring rust. It would build hype for the fight, and ensure the best chance for Gina.

Con: If Gina loses the easy fight. That's the gamble here.

Yes. I think they would understand the benefit this would have for them financially and I think it might give that place some fun it needs. Peace through entertainment
Con: may be a financial failure. Some may boycott viewing.

1. Yes, sign. Lots of money, no cons.
2. No. Too many fights cut short that way, no real pros. Would have point deductions enforced and a break allowed for the poked fighter as with groin shots instead.
3. Accept because I'll have moved the organization to a state where pot is legal and not tested for. Con might look unprofessional, pro I'll be liked by the pot smoker fans lol.
4. Yes but only if Gus beats Glover and DC beats Bader first, or they both lose somehow. No cons at that point.
5. Security handles that.
6. Decline, keeps them from getting more exposure.
7. Decline, if she wants it that bad she can convince me to sign Cyborg easily enough though.
