Ok, if i take creatine and it makes me eat more

Do i need to do cardio( i dont do any now) to gain lean muscle ?
 
If your main goal is to build muscle limit yourself to a 20-30 minute cardio workout a week

I don't agree with that at all. I wouldn't say run a marathon twice a week if you're trying to add mass but a 30 minute cardio workout three times a week isn't going to limit putting on weight. The kind of diet that he's eating is more influential to gaining mass.
