So I went to GNC yesterdayplanning to buy a fat burner and some creatine. THe guy recommended Amp Creatine 189 pills Oxyelite fat burner Mega Mens Sport Multivitamin Basically what do you guys know about these products and how/when should I use them? Keep in mind that I'm a wrestler that wrestles 4-5 days a week and lifts usually 3 days a week. Also I got a bunch of free supplements at the UFC expo from BSN, so if u guys have any suggestions on how to use cell mass, NO Xplode, or syntha 6 deel free to let me know. I also already take 100% whey after workouts, but im wondering if its better served as a meal replacement. Thanks in advance for any help.
