So here an idea for Mayberry

Create Your Film trilogy using one actor in three movies that ARE NOT from the same movie universe/series.

For example, Take Emma Stone in her roles from Eazy A, Superbad, and Zombieland.

Part 1 of the movie trilogy is Emma Stone in Superbad, Part 2 is her in Easy A, and Part 3 of the trilogy will be her in Zombieland. You can make up your own storyline to combine the movies in one big story.

Same Actor, Different Movies, Anyone got a good combination?

Josh Brolin

After the Astoria Country Club manages to dwindle his patents' home out from underneath them anyway after the events of The Goonies, he separates himself from his past by ekeing out an existence and narrowly surviving No Country For Old Men, and eventually becoming a corrupt cop in American Gangster.

Did I do it right?

yep

How about an anthology?

The Transporter (1-3) - Jason Statham plays a British guy who kicks a lot of ass.

Crank (1&2)- Jason Statham plays a British guy who kicks a lot of ass while jacked up.

The Expendables (1-3) - Jason Statham plays a British guy who kicks a lot of ass as part of a team.

Synopsis: Is there ANY version of a British guy who kicks a lot of ass that Jason Statham can not play?

Al Pacino, "The Godfather," moves out to Nevada along with The Family.

After becoming disillusioned with mob politics, and a strong desire to go legitimate, he decides to join the NYPD.

There, he infiltrates the underground S&M/ heavy leather homosexual scene of the early 1980's in order to catch a serial killer who targets the gay community.

After "Cruising" for a while, Al develops an illness which causes him to go blind.

He decides to live out his days drinking heavily in New England.

He plans to end it all after completing his bucket list, but finds redemption when he catches the "Scent of a Woman."

arnold schwarzenegger

part 1 - predator; this badass army dude beats the shit out of alien
part 2 - the running man; the badass dude is set up for crime he didn't commit and then forced into a life or death tv reality show against bounty hunters
part 3 - the terminator; the genetics of this insane badass are used to create the ultimate killing machine

Tom Hardy

After the events of "Inception," he gets too into dreaming and stirs up some repressed memories of his childhood, notably his abusive father and the tragic death of his mother.

He joins the army and goes AWOL after his unit is killed by friendly fire. He goes back to his hometown to try to make money for the widow of his best friend by entering an MMA tournament where he ultimately loses to his brother in the finals. That film is "Warrior."

Still feeling displaced and confused, he takes refuge in the mountains of some country where he encounters The League of Shadows. Eventually he falls in love with Talia al Ghul and becomes Bane to help her seek revenge on Batman in "The Dark Knight Rises."

FM Bradley.

After the events of Pillowman, in which Peter North's character fools him into thinking he's a lawyer from a dating site so that he could have sex with his wife while poor FM's character sat wearing a diaper and watching (and then angrily reprimanding Peter North's character before seizing his sloppy seconds), he decides to abandon his wife to start a family.

Which begins the events of Black Taboo 2, in which he plays "rocket ship" with his young daughter.

Between Black Taboo 2 and Mad Love, FM Bradley is found out and formally charged with 'cest crimes (incest), which results in his suicide.

After his suicide, FM Bradley's ghost is left to roam the earth in search of tang. Which brings us to the events of Mad Love.

There are a lot of un-related movies out there where characters can be seen as continuation characters from a previous movie. Examples of this are.

Keanu Reeves (Point Break/The Replacements)- Plays a prior college football star in both.

Seann William Scott (American Pie Series/Role Models)- Supposedly his character in Role Models was written with what the Stiffler character would be like grown up as an inspiration

Matthew Modine (Vision Quest/Gross Anatomy/Any Given Sunday)- an evolution of hs wrestler to med school student to pro football team doctor

Christian Bale

The Prestige - The Machinist - Batman Begins
One half of magician brothers is executed, and the other exacts revenge, he develops a eating disorder and becomes extremely anorexic. Eventually, he comes to terms with what he's done and dedicates his life to fighting crime in a corrupt city.

Clooney

Three Kings - Syriana - The American

A jaded American soldier returns home from the first Gulf War after a failed gold heist. He is coaxed back into action by the CIA to serve as an operative in the Middle East to help secure oil interests in the region. He fakes his own death after escaping a drone strike and flees to Rome, where he meets a smoking hot prostitute and becomes a freelance assassin.

Arnie:

Movie 1 - Commando
After achieving victory and rescuing his daughter he loses custody of her. He reunites with his team of badasses and goes on missions.

Movie 2 - Predator - one of these missions goes arwy when an Alien shows up and executes his team.

Movie 3 - Last action hero, Arnie gives up his military career and settles down as a police officer, reuniting with his daughter and helping to raise her and teach her how to use a gun and fight. He goes on several adventures until he realizes he's been in a movie the entire time.

A man meets a Mexican drug lord and begins smuggling drugs into the US.
He hides his income by taking a job as a journalist, and is sent to Vegas to cover a motorcycle race, bringing along his lawyer and a suitcase full of cocaine and acid.
After 3 days with no sleep and enough drugs to kill a family of rhinos, he hallucinates that he's an insane hatmaker, and finds himself helping a oddly sized girl defeat an evil queen with an incredibly large head, her brigade of playing card shaped soldiers, and her menacing pet jabberwoky, and eventually saves the people of wonderland.

This sounds fun.

TDKR-Bale as a fading Batman
2nd movie, Bale goes batshit crazy a la American Psycho
3rd movie, ends up looking like the Machinist.

Billy Bob Thornton

Armageddon
Pushing Tin
Slingblade

A top NASA scientist has to deal with an asteroid threat that will completely devastate the Earth. He made the seemingly bone-headed call of deciding it was easier to train oil drillers to become astronauts, than it would have been to train astronauts how to point a drill at the ground, and fucking turn it on. But it worked. The Earth was saved. But due to the killer stress he was under he had a mild stroke right after Bruce Willis was evaporated and was demoted to air traffic controller.

As an air traffic controller he boned Angelina Jolie on the regular, but when he found out she was boning John Cussack on the regular he decided to stand under a jet that was landing, to feel what weight turbulance felt like. After bouncing around 150 ft and rolling 37 times, he had severe brain trauma that is usually reserved for boxers from the 1800's. His brain was turned into pudding. Not the good kind, either. But the bill cosby kind.

He sadly ended up as a retarded man living in Ala-fucking-Bama repairing small engines. For some reason his brain retained part of his NASA scientific knowledge...the mind is a mystery. He then befreinds a small boy who is being abused at home, and his dreaded stress kicks in again. He kills the abusive father with a kaiser blade while monotonely repeating the words "brad pitt. BRAD pitt. brad PITT" over and over as he hacked the mans head in two. He then calls the police to tell them all about it. His current whereabouts are unknown.

Huge Jackedman

Happy Feet

Memphis' day starts as any other, he waddles down to greet his fellow penguin companions and asks how the fish are biting this morning. A grand emperor penguin, Memphis is the stuff of legend amongst his community. That is, until one day a mad scientist named Rick Sanchez kidnaps and imprisons him for his sadistic experiments. Rick is determined to prove to his fellow scientists that its capable of brain swapping animals and humans. After much work Rick finally perfects his formula and swaps the mind of Memphis the penuin into a former boxer who was left paralzyed after breaking his neck on a bucket. Memphis awakens in his new, human body and quickly overpowers the 70 year old Rick. He barges through his laboratory until he stumbles across a time machine. Having the mind of a penguin, he's obviously not equipped to operate such machinery. And as a result he's sent to the year 2000...

Real Steel

The year is 2020, we find our hero Memphis, now going by the name Charlie Kenton. His body's muscle memory has granted him great ability in the field of pugilism, though its been years since he's won a meaningful fight. He now has an estranged wife and son, and is doing his best to forget his past as an emperor penguin. His life is a struggle and he's doing all he can to balance being a loving father and getting his life back together. He delves into the world of robotic boxing and begins to train Atom, an obsolete model that somehow still operates. Memphis (or Charlie) trains Atom to the point of peak robotic ability, and Atom manages to win a high profile robot fighting tourney. With Memphis' life finally back on track he heads back to his son to tell him of Atom's win and surprise him with a gift, but as he's walking down the street a shadowy character approaches him from an alley. Its no other than Rick Sanchez, the scientist he escaped from so many years ago. Rick is out for blood and before Mempis can react he's shot into an alternate universe by one of Rick's many scientific weapons.

X-2

Memphis awakens in another laboratory, wondering what had happened, wondering where his son was, wondering if it was a dream or reality. Before he has time to ask his captors he's immediately subjected to a slew of painful and world shattering experiments. His bones are laced with Adamantium, the world's strongest metal. And his memories are jumbled to the point where reminiscing becomes like solving a jigsaw puzzle. Long were the days where his life consisted of waddling around and enjoying penguin life, catching fish and swimming around. For his world now consists of pain, suffering, and mystery.

Memphis is no longer Memphis, he is Wolverine.
