Finland - the land of comfortable floors....

The next newb that comes in hear and says they can't deadlift or squat cause they hurt their back needs to read this....

"So, how you got involved in powerlifting?

Be: I broke my back in a skiing accident and I had to get my back to work again. Deadlift takes the pain away. I started training 5,5 years ago and powerlifting 3 years ago. During this period I had break of one month and that was hell. Deadlift makes me feel good.
Br: I fell on my motorcycle.
Be and St: : Three times in a one day.
Br: Yes, three times in a one day. I broke my legs and such."

Good point nudge. I hate all the newbs excuses too. Always making excuses for laziness and then wondering why they get NO results.

Is it? I didn't know this. Do they have like really pimped out floors there? Or are you just making a joke in context of the article?

    They really do.
