i dont know what to call this, but i hadn't eaten all day, did some cardio (25 minutes) some weights.... then on the way home i got a super fish taco, some rice and beans and a torta (mexican sandwich -- like a burrito between a loaf). i ate it all in one sitting (quite a lot) that will be all i eat today. i know that eating like that daily is really bad for you, but is that bad to shove one days worth of food in your mouth after a workout?
Yes and no. It's not really what you're supposed to do, but if you were hungry enough to eat all that, there was probably a reason for that. The problem probably had more to do with your dieting leading up to that gluttonous revelry.
