Gordo Jiu-Jitsu/Evolve MMA brough in Kru Toy specifically to help in the training of UFC athlete Rafael dos Anjos. In this episode of the Connection Rio Podcast, Kru Toy speaks his mind about Rafael and Muay Thai in Brazil. This episode is one of two being released this week, leading up to UFC 117.

the Etim fight was good for him to display some of his skill on the ground. Rafael attributed the guillotine defense to training at GJJ and getting out of thousands of guillotines in training. The training is made up for the most part of World Class Jiu-jitsu black belts.
