I dont't wanna steal the thread but i don't get the hate on Woodley. He did what he had too/could do against someone who only wants to use his bjj. Maia is extremly dangerous on the ground, and Woodley has a ton of muscle he can't just go crazy or he will gas... he needs to preserve his energy to be able to surivive for 5 rnds. It's not easy to make an entertaining fight against someone who only wants to use his bjj....

He fought smart and the only way he could to win that fight. Maia is not to be underestimated. He ate some big bombs and since it didn't hurt him too much Woodly had to be causios not to burn himself out in the championship rounds.
