Don't care for conor and hope he gets fucked by cowboy but yeah this doesn't look good. It's the same cowboy as always (stiff, no head movement). Also that little bob or flinch thing (looks more like a telegraph than a feint) he does before he punches is going to make it easy for Connor to time him for counters.

There's actually more snap in his punches than in Conor's latest workout but the head movement is unexisting.
He stands too upright and stiff, shoulda lower his stance a bit, sit on his punches.
It's amazing that cowboy hasn't been able to improve this working with presumably great striking coaches.
