Is that fair?
In the first 7 mins of the fight your correct.
After that the danger dwindles big time.
Nobody knows what is going to happen!
Cowboy is a different fighter every time he shows up. Whenever when he first moved up to WW? Everybody was like holy shiet look at this guy hes gonna be champ.
Now fast forward and people are saying he should retire maybe.
As for Colin it's been so long so he fought last we dont know what he is gonna look like in there. Personally I think his cardio will be worse than ever.
Or Conor loses
one of those
Now it'll be a split draw.
In normal circumstances, I'd say Cowboy wins this all the time.
That said, Conor has ballooned up in weight. I'm not sure what I'm going to witness come fight night.
Cowboy: Kicks, Submissions
Yeah, I'd say that's fair.
If Cowboy said he was gonna come out and wrestle, with this fight at WW, I'd think he has a good chance.
If he actually sticks to his guns and comes out to bang, it's gonna be a replay of the Till fight. Every southpaw with good striking has given Cowboy major issues, Conor is arguably one of the best.
Look at Cowboys fight with Diaz, that was a young prime Cowboy, he had nothing for Diaz. Conor absolutely tooled Diaz before his usual cardio issues.
This gonna be a match between Conors cardio and Cowboys chin. I don't see his chin lasting 8 minutes so I'm gonna have to say Conor.
Still throwing $20 on Cowboy by sub, the odds are fantastic and he might pull a fast one and decide to wrestle after eating a left.
Sums up my opinion on the matter.
Agreed but Conor doesn't need even five minutes
I predict a tko about half way through the first
I have never seen Cowboy 1-punch anyone, but he has headkicked guys.
You're probably on the money though.
Cowboy has one way to win: Be cautious and tie up Conor until he can take him to the ground and then with his much superior grappling skills, lock up a RNC which Conor will tap to in 3 seconds.
He's already made it clear that he's not going to do that, so the over/under for this fight should be 60 seconds.
Yes it's fair. Cowboy can submit Conor in addition to KO/TKO or decision. The chances that Conor submits Cowboy are similar to Chookagian's chances against Shevchenko.
Everyone has a chance against someone with as weak a heart and cardio as Conor.
