Has anyone here used LifeForce - Total Greens Complex pills, by Couture Nutrition? I was considering buying some, and wanted to get some feedback, if possible.

    Thanks

Way over priced. YOu can find something that doesn't have a famous name on it and save 75 percent

I just looked at the ingredients and they look just fine. An eclectic mix of some things that may do nothing, but... :) You really have to believe in the grass powders, because they appear to be maybe half of the pill.

It is probably worth noting that Randy has been big on the alkaline diet in the past, and this looks like a pill with a lot of alkaline ingredients, so it might actually be a product that Randy helped design and/or actually uses.

The advantage of this product is pill convenience and a huge variety of plant ingredients, if you value that. The disadvantage is price and lack of potency of any one thing: $35/150g whereas that much barley grass juice powder is like $6.

If you didn't value the variety much, or you wanted the variety but wanted to lower the price, you could take a custom mix of barley juice powder and spirulina powder some of the time.
