Could the Fertitta's be running the UFC any better right now?

Or did they just capitalize on selling at the perfect time?

With what the UFC has to work with I dont know what Zuffa could have done to make it much better or ''mainstream''

They would have had a lot of the same problems, and in some cases already did. However I don’t know if they would’ve gone so crazy with the interim belts, with the sometimes rushed and careless matchmaking, and its arguable they would’ve been willing to put more money into making certain fights happen like DJ vs TJ. WME is nortoriously tight with its expenses, and has been very bad at negotiating with fighters to keep them active and fighting the best opponents for the company. They also have put together some of the worst cards we’ve seen in years. I don’t think the Ferts would have let things get this bad. Even if it would cost them some money/losses, I think they understood the importance of the brand more than WME does.
 
Lorenzo would be running things a lot better. Him selling the company was terrible for the fans who follow the sport.
