Definitely. Punk would beat a LOT of guys on conditioning and toughness alone. A lot of his pro wrestling moves would work against the average untrained man too.

However, Sherdog is an mma site for people interested in martial arts, with a lot of specialists And decent fighters, so most guys here would probably beat CM or at least give him a good fight.

I don't know. I think this fight proved that when both are noobs, the more coordinated and athletic one will dominate. Punk has absolutely no athletic foundation, never played football, soccer, baseball, hockey and all that important foundation stuff is learned and put on when you are a mere child. Core strength, coordination, timing, movement, all the things that fighting really is aren't nessecarily learned in a gym, and Punk simply does not have what pretty much every fighter that has ever fought in the UFC has. So, that being said, pretty much any guy that was a varsity level athlete will have tangibles that CM Punk can not have or learn at an older age, and the result would likely be him getting smokt.
