Could brain damage be the cause of the whole BJ Penn fiasco?

It's well known brain damage can result in unpredictable aggression, mood swings, and uncontrollable reactions....

He took a lot of punishment in his last four fights before calling it quits...

I mean for someone who is financially well off, married with a beautiful family, fame and respect...why the hell would he bang his head on a wooden stool multiple times before beating the ever living shit out of his friend?

I feel really bad for the prodigy..:(

Could the cat ever catch the mouse?

I think it has more to do with alcohol, personally

BJ has always been a wildman who likes to bathe in the blood of his enemies.

Is that the excuse

Anybody remember the time BJ was fucked up, riding with his friends in a car, and challenging Wand to a fight?

If it's brain damage, he's had it for years, imo.

he just wants to be the best in the world

is that too much to ask

Brain Damaged BJ Penn > Motivated BJ Penn.

I guess it's a possibility, but Penn has always been pretty resilient to damage. I haven't noticed any slurring or slowness in his speech over time.
