Opinion Could Bill Clinton have solved the North Korea and Pakistan issue?

Opinion.

Pakistan got nukes in the 1990s (first nuke test on may 28th 1998) and had a nuke program since 1972.

North korea first tested nuke in 2006 on October 9th. But Clinton administration could of stopped them in the early days. Also, Bush JR could of bombed North korea before them getting nukes or immediately after they did. As time goes by both countries have only gotten stronger.


Bill clinton considerd preemptive strike on north korea but decided against. Also, could of struck pakistan. Regarding north korea being a chinese puppet, perhaps north korea would of inevitably always gotten a nuke on the basis of china helping them. But could Pakistan have been delayed and stopped????


I predict that the Pakistan issue will 1 day blow up and this may happen in the next few years. Some US minds have argued they are the next Iran and or that US should preemptive strike them and remove their nukes.

Yes. Do you know why? Because India went nuclear in 1974.

Should we (U.S.) have also bombed the USSR, France, China, UK, South Africa, Israel, and India before they got their bomb? A nuclear North Korea, Iran, and Pakistan pose no threat. Neither of the 3 is crazy enough to use their nukes first on another country. North Korea has no delivery system. Iran still working things out. Saudi Arabia has already put an order in with Pakistan for 24 nuclear armed missiles if Iran goes nuclear. Pakistan can also sell their nukes to anyone who has enough money to buy them.

But could Pakistan have been delayed and stopped?
