Costco Glucosamine, any good?

Thats right another thread from me involving costco. Can anyone recommend their brand of glucosamine pills. I am looking to pick some up this payday and was hoping someone could let me know if their brand was just as good as the pricier brands or if I need to spend the extra money for another brand. Waste of money. I've experiemented with the cheap ass pills and the more expensive liquid versions. Neither seemed to help all that much.

Cissus seems to work for me though.

I wouldn't say I've noticed any effects from it. My joints never ache and aren't as poppy as before, but this could've been to my diet or exercise.

Anyway, the Glucosamine+MSM is dirt cheap at costco so I just take it anyway. You can get like 180 pills for like under 10 bucks

i've found that glucosamine in pill form is all but useless but alot of bodybuilders use injectable polysulfated glycosaminoglycan which is part of the same family as glucosamine and it supposedly is almost a miracle drug (rumored to be the reason it will never get approved for human use in north america) so its not really the substance that is ineffective, its the mode of delivery.

Darn it, I've been getting a lot of pops when I move. Was hoping this glucosamine stuff might work. But research I have found on the web seems to side on it not working.
