Reports about bad ads should include the following:

1. Location/Country
2. Device
3. Browser
4. Company/product of ad.
5. A screen shot if possible,
6. Brief description of how the ad is a problem.
7. Page/Pages affected
8. Date and Time of occurrence.

    I don't think I'm using the ab wheel correctly because my back hurts. What's the correct usage? Thanks.

    You're too weak. IF your back's hurting its because your abdominals aren't strong enough to support you at the bottom of the movement and you end up hyperextending your back. This is pretty stressful on it. So always stop before your spine goes past the neutral/flat position and make sure you keep good form. When your abs are too fatigued you'll have to discipline yourself and not go as far down or risk injury.
