Lets get it homies, its time to come out stronger out of this, ready to rip and tear the world, and/or if the world goes mad max style, being fit will be useful in hand to hand combat if you are out of ammo or whatever, im guessing even if you dont have equipment you can still get beast mode

what im doing: prison style burpees, weighted squats, stretching im keeping it simple so it can be done on the daily

what are you guys workout on lockdown

Training and doing weights under the sun....enjoying some fresh air has actually been a nice change of pace
 
100 push ups
100 sit ups
100 squats
10k run

Every day
 
I'm working out everyday too - I need to because I'm eating twice as much and drinking so much more than I usually do

Lucky to have my own gym in un my garage

I do mostly a kettle bell workout, I call it 40/20's

40 seconds workout + 20 seconds rest, for 10 movements and a total of 10 mins for the first set. I usually repeat all 10 movements x 3 sets and finish with high paced jumping rope

these are the 10 movements I do
-KB swings
-KB deads
-KB stiff legged deadlift with shoulder row
-KB reverse lunge left leg
-KB reverse lunge right leg
-KB squats
-burpees
-running in place
-pushups
-abs
 
Change it up everyday but today I did 5 reps of:

Jump Rope: 8 Basic Bounce + 8 Half Twisters + 8 Steps
10 Squats + (P-Up + Jack) 5X
(Jab, Jab, Cross) 6X + 6 Quick RK
10 Squat Hold Low Hooks + 10 Hooks + 6 Alt. Knees
10 Rapid Fire Punches + 3 Stance Switches + 3 Ducks
(Jab, RK, Jab, Cross) 5X + 3 Full Burpees
(Reverse Lunge to Sh-K) 5X + (Rear UC + Front Hook) 5X
30 Bouncing Hits + 10 Kick Throughs
10 Alt. Reverse Plank FK + 20 Flutter Kicks

Then hit the weights for 30min

Thats a good workout I think I'll do something like that as well. Will buy some kettlebells
 
I have a full weight set and the P90X.
I’ve been killing it.

workouts during the day then an hour stretch routine in the evening.

have a cage and bench plus about 500lbs of plates, elliptical, jump rope, multiple kettle bells, dumb bells
 
Eat right and then every hour for 10 hours a day:
  • 30 pushups
  • 30 sit-ups
  • 30 squats
  • 15 pull ups
