    Corey "There's levels to this" Anderson's amazing performance against 45 years old Melvin Manhoef at Bellator 251.

  3. Corey will have better challenge than Melvin if he want that title no need to worry.

    Bellator is much better fit for Corey... And the UFC LHW division is much better without Corey

    Yeah it's not like Glover Teixeira's last loss was to Corey Anderson or anything.

    UFC is a joke for letting Bellator take Anderson.

    Corey is a world class fighter. I'm not sure why they bothered with the Manhoef fight, but I guess they wanted him to get a win before fighting Nemkov.

    But wasn't it Corey who asked to be released? UFC prolly let him go over concern for his recent health issues. Wasn't a great win for Corey either though I agree I'd rather he was still in the Octagon.

    So what??? Still boring fighter. Don’t get me wrong Corey is good fighter and a nice guy but isn’t entertaining.

    Honest Question: Would you actually spend money on a PPV headlined by Corey Anderson?

    If he makes the same amount of money for fighting Manhoef than he did for fighting guys like Jan then I say that was an amazing move.

    I still think Nemkov is going to whoop his ass badly.

    Manhoef is waaaay too small for LHW, should lose some mass and gut and move down to WW. He can knock out anyone, but it doesn't help when your opponent is almost a foot taller than you. Anderson obviously is the better fighter though, but Manhoef should find more success in fighting guys that aren't three times as big as him.

    Corey gonna take Nemkov to school. UFC made a mistake whether he is boring or not. Corey was a top 5 205er.

    If he beats Nemkov I don't think Dana will have a problem with that at all tbh.

    Corey being in Bellator is good for the sport. When Nemkov runs through him, Coker can claim they have the best LHW in the world. They haven’t really had that guy since Askren. Guys like Patrico Pitbull and Lima you could always point to a hiccup against inferior opponents to poo-poo the idea. Chandler had a claim, but before Eddie could cash in with the UFC he was losing to Will Brooks.

    Yeah it really was a win win for Dana. If he sucks. Oh well that’s why he was released. If he wins the title, then a ufc washout is better than bellators best.

    It sucks for Corey because it’s obvious that he’s a top talent, unfortunately he’s just not very marketable in personality and particularly his style of fighting. He’s good enough to make waves in the top 10 and can beat the lower echelon guys, but gets starched by the elite fighters.
    <Fedor23>
    It’s safe to say he’s better off Beastin 25/8 through the best Bellator has to offer, the promotion will give him a push regardless of his fights mostly being snoozefests...LoL
