Why didn’t this guy get his ged and apply at a college somewhere? He could have received student loans and maybe even some scholarships for growing up in poverty and being black. He could be a poor college kid like everybody else.

Who in their right mind decides to walk the streets with a gun without a concealed carry permit? Why do these people try to ball so hard?
