It's not an authorized shirt... the fighters/UFC isn't seeing any of that money and I'm almost 100% sure it's an iron on. The fact that it's multiple colors and it's on a white shirt doesn't bode well for the quality... iron on is crap.

I think the color is meant to look that way...so it looks like an old timey comic book with very limited colors and texturing...either way, I hate stupid shirts like that...

I'm all about cheering for the fighters you like...not booing the ones you hate or lost to the ones you like (except for Tim Sylvia)...so shirts like this piss me off...
