cooking salmon?

Depends. What are you cooking it with? Tin foil, or no? How much salmon? Search for some recipes similar to whatever you've made, they should help you out
 
I prefer higher heat. I don't bake my salmon anymore but when I did I wrapped it in foil and baked it at 425-450F. If your oven is equipped with a broiler that's the way to go IMO.
 
1 inch thick frozen salmon in tin foil at about 450 for 25 min for me. throw some lemon, garlic and pepper on there....mmmmmMMMMM!!
