So I'm standing in the crisps aisle in Sainsbury's five days into a (probably not very sensible) crash diet, drooling like Pavlov's dog. I don't buy nuts, giving into peer pressure because the guy I'm with has just started saying "It's a total fallacy that nuts are any better than crisps; they're actually worse for you, it's total bollocks, etc."
In a moment of weakness, I buy an 80g bag of "Habas Fritas" (lightly spiced cooked broad beans) from the Tyrrell's "Alternatives" range, half expecting to later discover they're actually worse for you than tortilla chips or something:

I don't really know how best to interpret these tables, to be honest. And a quick Sherdog search revealed a couple of people saying broad beans are the Devil. So is this something I really would have been better off avoiding, or what?
