Hi I am looking for a healthy cook book. My main focus is to lose fat and gain lean muscle. I just started BJJ a month a go and in few month start working on my endurance. I am 23 years old and 5' 9" about 155 pounds. Body type is slim with long limbs but not very muscular. I want a healthy cook book but I am not going vegetarian so no veggie books. Any input would be appreciated.
