Contacting sherdog.

I made an order for some dvds here at sherdog a month ago and still have not received anything. I have been trying to contact sherdog several times now but no reply to anything (When it clearly says 'We personally answer every single email in a timely fashion.'). I would really appreciate if someone can help me.
