Considering doing an ECA Stack

Its obviously easy to get everything needed,

Ive been to my doctor and am in perfect health aside from being over weight (did blood work and the whole nine, tested for everything, came in at normal ranges everywhere)

Right now Im eating healthy and and taking:

A white fish omega 3 complex
A green tea extract

My current routine for workouts is:

Monday: Cardio - 35 mins of rowing, 35 mins on the bike
Tuesday: Pankration class
Wednesday: Cardio - 35/35 row/bike
Thursday: Pankration class
Friday: rest
Saturday: rest
Sunday: Cardio - 35/35 row/bike

I'm 6'2, 290lbs and have been slowly building up this plan for two months. My cardio will step up to 40/40 and then 45/45 soon (stopping there).

I am looking to get to about 210 of lean mass. Ive lost about 10 - 15lbs so far but (in the first two months) but have lost a few pant sizes and such as well (my guess is I built a lot of muscle to begin with and am just now starting to burn more fat).

So whats the opinion on doing an ECA Stack?

I would use BioX EPHEDRINE (8mg) and BioX CAFFIENE (200mg) as well as standard asprin.

If you guys think this would be benificial to me then i will consider it but the other big question is how much do i take daily and how effective do you think this stack will be?

During Pankration I havent a clue but I sweat like no other.

During rowing and bike about 155ish (average, flux room given at start and when i push hard, I usualy peak at 165 during my work outs)
 
I am also thinking about taking some of the POWER WHEY ISOLATE

Maybe taking it after training and work outs (as I dont do anything after I work out right now besieds drink water because I do everything at night).
 
whey protien is best post or pre workout-take it with 30 to 50 grams of fruit,i use kiwi-try doing you cardio w/5 min warm up then intervals for 20 mins then a 5 min cool down-doing cardio this way will help you keep miscle tissue-by intervals i mean jogg pace to sprint pace-start with 10sec sprint then 20 jogg pace-imop the best protien out there is beverly and if you use there products they will design a nurtional plan for you for free---they know there shitthey taught me everything i know-and they have got me shreaded in the past bodybuildingworld.com take a look at there site
 
I want to use an Iso simply because I just want protien and nothing else.

Also might consider a testostiron booster but I dont know of any good ones and most research i do points more to steroids (and I dont want to take roids)

By changing your diet you should be able to get results pretty fast. How is your diet bro? Personally I would wait a little bit before you start taking that. As for when and how to use it this is a pretty good link:

My diet is good, KingK can vouch for that (as he helped me adjust it).

I was thinking about doing this twice daily (morning, lunch)

16mg (2 pills) Eph
200mg (1 pill) Caf
162mg (2 low dose daily pills) asprin

Its a lower dose then I have seen recomended around the net (about 1/2 to 1/3) but I dont realy want to over do it.

Thoughts?
 
i tried eca last summer (50 mg eph) and it worked GREAT. . .but my honest oppinion is that you dont need it since ur eating clean and seem to have a good workout schedule. . .im not an expert but when me (im a pretty lean guy to start with) and my friend (about 280lbs) took it i was the one who benefitted the most from it. . .

i think it is good for fast weight loss (for the summer etc.).. . and the ones who gains the most from fast weight loss are the semi-lean guys like me. . .u seem to benefit more from a slow but lasting wieght loss.. . i dont know shit about working out and stuff so this is just my opinion. . .

ok first of all, one of the best way to lose weight for many reasons is weightlifting...
your body gets used to everything you do, and you see big gains when you adapt, so try for a couple weeks to replace cardio with lifting. the more lifting you do causes your metabolism to go up, and when you gain muscle, you burn more calories just by chilling there.

also your body adapts to the cardio, to switch it up, try less time / higher intensity. switching up the machines (i find it's easier to get a GOOD sweat and HIGHER intensity on a treadmill)

i also enjoy interval training as far as weightloss is concerned
i used to weigh 280 lbs (before i ever stepped into a gym) and have been as lean as 195, my best advice is intensity is directly proportional to weightloss (in classes, in the weight room, on the tread mill, doesn't matter)


what works especially well for weightloss is INTENSE gym workouts, if you don't take too many rests and do big lifts you'll be sweating the whole time.... secondly, if you don't want to jump into an eca stack just yet, i 'll ask you to try going to the gym, take 200mg's of caffiene and 2 cups of green tea, left hard and your heartrate won't go below 170 for the session.

a standard eca stack is usually
20 eph
200 caffiene
200 asp

but you your body will get used to that, and it mattters how sensitive to caffiene you are, that's a good safe starting doseage, once a day at the start, then twice a day, just remember to cycle off, and don't be afraid to up doseages(without being ridiculous)

i recommend it to anyone, not only for the results, it gives u good energy in the gym, that you might be lacking on calorie light days.

anyways, that's just what worked for me bro.
 
^ Sadly the "gym" in my building lacks a tredmill otherwise I would use it.

I will consider switching up my routine, perhaps one cardio day a week and one weight lifting, or maybe switch up the non pankration work outs every other week.... the annoying part is that this "gym" I'm using has a sad collection of free weights and a good but still not overly impressive universal gym for lifting.

I think I will go with my planned stack of:

16mg (2 pills) Eph
200mg (1 pill) Caf
162mg (2 low dose daily pills) asprin

Once a day for the first week, then twice a day the second week.... maybe then three times a day the third and then take a week off, twice a day fith, and finaly three times a day for the sixth before cycling off.

If it works well I might consider doing another cycle of it a few months down the road. If not it was an interesting experiment.
 
yeah, you'll see results with just caffiene, and next time, you can just go to shoppers drug mart or whatever, and you can get a bottle of caffiene for less than 10 bucks, and a life brad version for even less, but i'm not sure it costs at a supplement store, so i don't know if there's a difference.
