I remember some while back, 2nd amendment sympathizers falling for the argument "well, if it every came down to it, an armed populous would get totally squashed if government really wanted to." That is based on faulty assumptions that I won't get into here. Guerrilla warfare is not just an effective tactic in 2nd and 3rd world countries. I am not trying to jump to conclusions here, I am just saying don't fall for the logic that the original 2nd amendment purpose somehow wouldn't really apply in contemporary times.

I used to work at newspaper company called Morning Call. I used to insert like coupons on a machine and it will feed it to newspaper. I also used to do other things there as well like used a jack handle and putting the bundled newspaper on skids.

One good thing about me is I know how to save money and I saved up to about 37K at one point but then I blew it on playing the market about 2 years ago and lost 23K and this year I lost another about 23K.


The math is off Cause I also owned a house and was renting it and was unemployed at one point and was able to save nearly all of it cause the people renting my home paid for my mortgage plus more money wish I used for expenses I had too.

I’m not mocking them one bit. What I am doing is mocking the people on this forum Who think it’s the end of the world because people have been out of a job for two months and will have those jobs back shortly.

All I’m simply saying is these people without jobs in the meantime I can find other work in industries which are busy right now. As I said before I know a number of people who are furloughed or have been laid off who found work doing other things in the meantime until their jobs come back.

What makes it even more ridiculous about their complaints is that they are getting loan deferments, debt deferments, rent deferments and on top of it stimulus money and extensions to unemployment. They have access to other means to help them out in this period of time with food card or whatever you wanna call it many of the people on this forum have been equating to this time to the worst. In human history

I want to reiterate something here. I would never walk into a place of business or somebody pros to protesting on the street and make fun of them for their complaints. As I said earlier, I was in Tennessee last night and decided instead of buying fast food I would go into a restaurant to help keep whatever business that was afloat in these difficult times and the waitress a larger tip than normal because of what she’s going through. I did this all while maintaining my health safety and as much as their own.

It sure as shit is, I agree with you on that. But the government is not doing enough to support these people so I don’t blame them for taking these risks and doing something in the meantime. Whatever I can do to help support them because I am still employed, I will do.

Also, the citizenry of the USA has nowhere near the capacity to fight a proper military force like the US military. The fight against tyranny line died over 100 years ago with technological advances in the art of war. It'd be like leading a phalanx into a siege.

The military would never disarm them and even if they tried, the citizenry does have the capacity to beat them. There would be a lot of casualties (voters) but they can get it done. Especially if the fighters for freedom had years worth of food stocked up. Knock out the infrastructure and all those people that voted for the tyranny would starve and the military would lose control plus their families.

Lol they would be infiltrated by federal agents. All the militias are. It would basically never get off the ground unless some unrelated factors severely weakened the government and security forces.

Lone wolves can easily take out the infrastructure and power grid. They could burn the fields while they have years worth of food stocked up. Even if all the militias (you have no proof) were infiltrated, the militias would still take out the grid, plus they can easily hold out while other militias converge on a besieged patriot. Why weren't all the militias that were surrounding Virginia taken out by the undercovers?

Union? No . I was just earning $9 an hour but I was also living with my brother and only paying $300 a month and his wife would also make dinner so I would eat for free. I was cheap and make cheap food for breakfast and lunch.
