However, his orthodox adaptation may be once fatigue sets in, he goes into more of a Mayweather style stance when they boxed or that Diaz shell up stance where he just holds his arms up and covers up and rests in orthodox, maybe because he can use his power hand to jab and check hook to keep Poirier off him.
Seen him training that a lot after the Mayweather fight. This could help him a lot with recovering as opposed to standing in that long southpaw stance anticipating and reacting to everything as it fatigues him and he always reacts with a rear hand pull counter or uppercut.
It would be smart.
 
Conor will be better than ever in the orthodox stance.

I always said he won the lottery when conor walked through his door. For all his personality faults, conor is an exceptionally gifted fighter and would have thrived under any coach

I could never take him seriously after he didn't step aside as trainer for the Floyd fight. Even Conors real boxing coach he has now in a recent interview sounded bewildered at Conor having MMA coaches in his corner.

Conor is too loyal to his team

He would have been great under any coaches, kavanagh very lucky to have him walk through his door
