He's all about that "nothing to lose, everthing to gain" life right now. He wanted RDA, and if he'd won, he'd become a legend, if he lost, 'well hey he fought a bigger dude'. He got Diaz instead, lost, but 'hey he fought a taller, bigger dude'. Now he's going after Mayweather. If he wins, he'll become a legend, if he loses, 'well hey he's the best boxer in the world atm and Conor's not even a boxer, so what do you expect.'

It seems Conor wants to do everything BUT defend his belt, because then he'd have something to lose. I can't fault him for that. I can only fault the idiots who keep giving him these opportunities ie Dana ie Mayweather.

I think it's more about bringing in the money than it is about fighting. Conor wants to be very wealthy I don't believe he cares about a legacy as much as he does his worth.

It's been ackmowledged by both sides that it is a possibility, so I dont see why not. Of course Conor would get destroyed, but I dont see why that matters. People would still pay money to see it. That's frankly all that both these guys care about.

I dont think he cares much about his reputation. It's all about the money, and his draw power hasnt gone down at all after the Diaz fight, so in that sense he hasn't lost anything at all.

On the flip side, he wouldn't be much of a draw if he got mauled by Frankie and lost his belt.
