It's scary to even think of RDAs intentions prior to the fight when he hinted he wasn't going to give Conor the "mercy tap" and drag the fight as long as he could.

Conor took a fight outside his weight class and lost. I don't think the UFC will make that gamble twice in a row, and Edgar will be ready by then.

If by Diaz you mean Nick, then it's not a bad idea. If you mean Nate, I think he's better off redeeming that chip at LW.

I expect him at 145 in the immediate future. RDA is still an entirely different match up compared to Diaz. That fight could still be interesting. Conor just needs to get some momentum back, let's see how he recovers from this loss before we even speak of him moving up in weight.
