Been a lot of talk on this lately. Woodley went so far as to say Conor has done far worse than Jones, but always gets away with it. So who is the bigger scumbag in your opinion?
Conor:
1. Assaulted and scuffled with the referee, commission and promotion officials at Bellator 187.
2. Attack on Khabib's bus, injuring a number of fighters who were pulled from UFC 223.
3. Post-fight brawl at UFC 229. Conor didn't start this, but he did participate and was suspended for it. Could arguably be held at fault for talking shit about religion, family in the lead up.
4. Snatched and smashed a fan's phone. Was arrested for it, although criminal charges were later dropped.
5. Punched old man at Dublin pub for refusing Proper 12. Could potentially face charges.
6. Can throwing incident with Nate and the scrap pack. Conor didn't start this, but he did participate and a guard was reportedly injured.
7. Under investigation for alleged sexual assault in Ireland.
Jones:
1. Arrested for DUI in 2012.
2. Brawl with DC ahead of UFC 178. Hard to say who is to blame here. Not uncommon for fighters to come into physical contact during a stare down. The shoe that was thrown and hit someone was by DC.
3. Hit and run in 2015, leaving behind an injured pregnant woman. Escaped felony charges through charity and supervised probation.
4. Busted for 2 banned substances in 2016, although USADA was able to verify a contaminated product and arbitration panel concluded it was not intentional nor was Jones a drug cheat.
5. Busted for Turinabol in 2017, although an independent arbitrator again concluded it was not intentional. Jones also took advantage of the snitch clause in the second bust.
6. Battery charge in strip club pussy slapping case. Uncle Dana says nothing to worry about here.
You could, if you want to, account for some of the good these guys done, like Jones thwarting a robbery attempt against an elderly lady in 2011 and Conor donating $$ to homeless shelter and paying for a child's medical treatment. Overall, who is worse?
